Demon Transformation
The Demon Transformation VFX A demon may be presented in unlimited ways, especially when it comes to the film industry. There are many famous demon movies out there and many of them are unique, but they all share the same goal: to be creepy. I was thinking about the last time I created the Hulky Transformation effect on my friend Muhannad, which turned out great. Starting from that concept, I got the idea to create another transformation on the exact same piece of footage—this time presenting a demon transformation. The most important element of creating the demon effect is making it look realistic and creepy. The main challenge I faced was that the original footage was shot during the daytime, whereas a creepy atmosphere typically requires night-time lighting… but I did my best to achieve that mood in post-production.
